Play, Discover, and Learn
Designed for children from 6 months and suitable for all ages, The AAtelier Rodin is full of activities and discoveries that encourage a sensitive and intuitive exploration of Auguste Rodin’s universe and a sculptor’s workshop.
"The Toddlers’ Cabin!" – An immersive space for artistic awakening and exploration, specially designed for children aged 6–24 months.
"Hands-On!" – An invitation to model alone or together, and to explore sculpting tools and materials through an interactive setup. Before leaving, slide down a fun little slide.
"Get in Shape!" – Enjoy assembling and balancing activities, as Rodin did every day. Explore all scales of The Thinker and capture your visit at the photo studio.
"Grab Your Pencils!" – A space for coloring and drawing, both small- and large-scale… Trace shadows of the body on a big blackboard.
"What a Story!" – A reading area to learn, laugh, and relax in a setting inspired by the garden.
Hands-on experimentation continues "At The Lab!" – sign up to experience artistic practice guided by a facilitator-guide.

An Eco-Responsible Design
The Musée Rodin, together with Studio Vaste, the scenographer of The Atelier Rodin, has redesigned and adjusted the installations from previous editions with a focus on reuse and incorporating user feedback. The brand-new "At The Lab!" space is made from repurposed furniture and materials.
Studio Vaste, committed to environmental issues, works to design projects responsibly and is dedicated to rethinking, reusing, reducing, and recycling.
A Poster by Emerging Talent
Each year, the Musée Rodin entrusts the creation of the The Atelier Rodin poster to a young artist still in school.
The 2026 edition’s visual was created by artist Jade Favre-Nicolin, in partnership with the Art Direction department of e-artsup Lyon.
"As a student in art direction and an apprentice tattoo artist, I develop a universe nourished by drawing, my first language. Through this poster for The Atelier Rodin, I wanted to celebrate the spontaneity of gesture and experimentation, offering a playful reinterpretation of The Thinker. My work, combining minimalist lines and childlike colors, invites everyone to engage with the artwork and become part of the creative process."
