Photo and film shoots
The Musée Rodin, in Paris and Meudon, has attracted numerous photographers/documentary and feature film-makers: Woody Allen, James Ivory, Jean-Luc Godard, Claude Sautet, Robert Altman, Tran Anh Hung, Michel Séméniako, Evgen Bavcar are among the many famous and unknown names, as well as television crews from across the globe who have filmed or photographed these two Musée Rodin sites.
Any photo or film shoot organized at the Musée Rodin, in Paris and Meudon, must have obtained permission prior to its arrival. This may involve paying a fee, the amount of which is related to the nature of the request and the means required for the shoot.
Film or photo shoots take place outside of the museum’s opening hours:
- At the Musée Rodin, in Paris: all day Monday; Tuesday to Sunday from 8am to 10am and after 5.45pm;
- At the Musée Rodin, in Meudon: from 1 October to 31 March, every day of the week; from 1 April to 30 September, every day except Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1pm onwards.
