COVID-19: museum closed


Due to the exceptional circumstances associated with Covid-19, the Rodin museum is closed to the public until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Visitors information

Entrance tickets for the musée Rodin-Paris and audioguides are valid for a year from the date of their purchase. Combined tickets with the musée d’Orsay are valid for three months from the date of their purchase.


Unused entrance tickets, combined tickets and audioguides with an expiry date between March the 1st and June the 30th 2020 will benefit from an extension of their validity until December the 31st 2020.


No refunds are given.


Group visits

Requests must be made at least one month after the original date of visit.

Any request made after will be denied.


- If you want to postpone your visit: you can move your booking to another date, free of charge. You can choose any new date of visit within the limits of one year after the date of your original booking.

- If you can’t postpone your visit: a refund of your booking is possible if your group comes from a country where the government enforced a closure or a travel ban.

In the event of a temporary closure of the musée Rodin, group visits can be refund if the request is made in time.
