Cultural activities

Group visits: 100 euros, concessions 80 euros

Educational visits (for schoolchildren) to the permanent collections: 50 euros

All group visits need to be booked in advance (an adult group comprises 10-25 people; groups of schoolchildren may include 10-30 people, requesting a “right to speak”), whether led by a museum guide-lecturer or the person in charge of the group.

Bookings have to be made at least eight working days before the desired date of your visit to the museum. In view of the very high number of requests, it is preferable to book as far in advance as possible.

Bookings can be made by phone from Monday to Friday, between 10am and 4pm, on 01 44 18 61 24.

Given the influx of visitors and the limited size of some of the exhibition spaces, the following recommendations should be observed for the sake of everyone’s enjoyment and comfort:

Groups are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the time indicated on their booking confirmation, which must be presented.

The person in charge of the group should be wearing the sticker authorizing the visit (delivered beforehand), in a manner that is plain to see.

For school groups, a minimum of one accompanying adult per eight pupils is required (from nursery classes up to age 14); and one accompanying adult per 15 pupils aged 14 and over. Except in special circumstances, approved by the Cultural Department, no more than four adults can accompany any one class.

Teachers and adults accompanying groups are responsible for their good behaviour. Groups must not, under any circumstances, inconvenience other visitors.

Paper no larger than the A3 size and only unmessy, dry materials (graphite pencils, coloured pencils) can be used in drawing or sketching sessions.

Do not touch the works or use a flash when taking photographs.

Do not picnic in the gardens of the museum.

Audiophone rental is possible on site for groups having reserved the “right to speak”. It comprises a transmitter with mini-tie for the guide-lecturer and receivers with or without headphones for the group members.
Adults: € 33 (flat rate for 10-25 people)
Schools and students: € 27 (flat rate for 10-30 people).

The Cultural Department can help you organize your projects.
